When you build a house, what do you do first? You pour the concrete, you are laying the foundation for your home ( your dreams, your life) to be built on top of that foundation. My foundation in my personal and business life is Gratitude. When you have more of an interest in others and live by Gratitude daily, your life becomes magical. Things that you felt were impossible become possible, your relationships change and everything in your life changes.

Each Gratitude Coaching session is one hour where you get to show up and speak your truth. There is no agenda. I listen from a loving space and allow intuition to guide the process. Being a former nurse in another life, I am very emphatic and able to tap into the Root that lies beneath the surface. My passion and mission is to help you discover them as well!

Each one of you has talents and gifts God has given you, but sometimes we get so caught up in life we forget who we truly are and do not see what we can bring to the world. You were NOT designed for mediocrity, but to play full out.

FACT:

Most companies and schools follow this formula: if you work harder, you will be more successful, and then you will be happy. This formula is scientifically backward.

A decade of research shows that training your brain to be positive at work first actually fuels greater success second. Gratitude practice is one of the quickest (and I think most pleasant) way of changing the way you experience life. If practiced regularly gratitude will improve almost every area of your life…. better relationships, increased happiness, less anxiety, more enjoyment and even better health.
